Ms. Nathalia A.M. dos Santos
Nathalia A. M. dos Santos is a leadership development and network strategist who works at the intersection of philanthropy, community building, and cross-sector collaboration. As a Manager on The Rockefeller Foundation’s Connected Leaders Platform, she designs and leads initiatives that bring emerging leaders together, strengthen communities of practice, and translate relationships into opportunities for collective action.
Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, Nathalia worked with the United Nations and Global Citizen, contributing to multilateral initiatives and global advocacy campaigns. She began her career as a public law attorney in Brazil, advising on complex environmental, infrastructure, and regulated-market matters, including landmark environmental settlements and impact-driven investments. She later earned a Master of Public Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Nathalia brings a legal mind, a systems lens, and a deep belief in the power of relationships to help ambitious ideas travel further.
