Ms. Colleen Devlin is the Project Leader of the Fisheries Conflict Database for Secure Fisheries, a program of One Earth Future. Prior to joining OEF, Ms. Devlin worked in Egypt at the Research Institute for a Sustainable Environment at the American University in Cairo. She conducted research in sustainable water resource management in Saharan Oases communities. Ms. Devlin holds a Master's degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Environmental Science and Policy from the College of William & Mary. Her research interests include resource-driven social conflict, co-management, and cold chain infrastructure.
